REQRUIRMENT :

  • Min. Diploma / Bachelor degree in related field
  • Min. 3 years experience as technical support /  helpdesk executive / service desk or similar role as a team lead or senior executive
  • Min. 1 year of experience as team lead or senior in IT setting
  • Analyst in an enterprise setting preferred
